Some good colleagues Will help you realize if sales is the career for you. I started looking for a new job after 5 weeks of being head hunted for this one, I'm glad I took the job as I made a complete change of career and I am now working in an industry I love. It gave me the drive to get out of sales. Potential to earn a lot, if sales is a career you're dedicated to. I fell into sales, for the people who work there and see it as a career and the job for life for them, they are doing well. But for graduates starting their first job, see it as a potential to learn in a fast paced, highly target driven environment.

Nepotism Cutthroat Don't know how to manage people as individuals Products are very much quantity not quality which can make it difficult to meet targets Lad culture can get very annoying very quickly and it seems like you're working on a market stall trying to beg professionals to buy your product that they really don't want.

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
