      Analysts and consultants are mostly well educated and come with experience. Global presence in multi-verticals

      Culture in the company is deplorable. Some leadership is narrow minded and focused solely on revenue generation. The company will pit people against each other to get more revenue; sales targets are changed often; compensation is lacking for sales. Products/solutions are good but not great and costly according to industry standards. Many people have left the company in the last 6 months that have had long tenure and the company has done little to backfill positions. Medical insurance / Dental is costly but good coverage.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
