Regardless of job role, if you are smart and have a bit of business acumen you can choose your own path. Leadership gives deserving employees ample freedom to deliver results via many different methods.

      Low comp vs industry. Firm has recently felt like it values young, cheap labor over more costly experienced labor. The $ belt has been tightening over the years and is only getting tighter moving into 2026 and beyond. Not much “fun” to be had when all activity / decisions are $ dependent.

      Generally, a younger workforce with limited outside company experience. The parking lot is large and full usually requiring a long walk to the main entrance.
