Yearly review is a joke good luck on getting a cost of living raise even. Management is the most corrupt I have ever seen. Different ethnic groups will climb the ladder here and you will have no visibility if you're from certain ethnic groups. Some groups are very immature throwing items around in rooms like 5 year olds better wear a flak jacket working here. When you talk to HR they will try to fire you rather than fixing the situation. This job has a very high turnover rate beware!!!!
