There are loads of networking events and groups to help build your career and get you comfortable with the job. Lots of training when you are hired. Many outlets to career build and a fun, growing industry. Really solid benefits.

      Some work becomes monotonous. Lots of tedious paperwork to complete actual engineering work. Work relations with technicians can become difficult.
