GlobalSign has so much opportunity. We have lots of smart people, every single office. There's a lot of passion and ideas which makes this really interesting place to work. The benefits are pretty good and salaries are decent.

The top leadership in Japan need to be courageous and get Kumgai to open the the wallet for product development and other departments. Corporate expects us to perform miracles without a reasonable budget while our competitors spend significantly more and grow far ahead of us. It does make one seriously wonder about the long-term viability of an organization who refuses to spend money where it's desperately needed. If we don't figure this out soon, there's going to be a huge exodus and that's going to be a shame because we'll l lose some really talented employees.
