- Management style is whack. President micro-manages Employees. Needs to put his hand in everything. He’s a no show to meetings and doesn’t respect is employees’ time - Toxic workplace - it trickles down from the top - Company doesn’t care about employee growth. There’s no future at Global Vision - super cheap - they don’t compensate people properly or do salary reviews. - Nepotism to the max - if you’re not a part of the family, it’ll only be time until they drive you out - expect to do jobs that aren’t even a part of your job description
