A lack of upward mobility

The insurance is great some of the employees are wonderful to work with.

No pay increases Will fire staff who has experience, skill (have fired SEVERAL staff with 10+ years assuming this is because of pay though from what I know is very low for managers) Most of us are looking for jobs elsewhere though upper management could careless They use fear to control employees Harassment claims are either ignored or not handled properly. Also fear of retribution from upper management. Turnover in every department is grotesque even in departments you would hope didn’t since we are a secure facility with hazardous materials. Lack of professionalism - There is a specific security officer that is so unprofessional, he yelled at our group one morning because one of the employees didn’t have a badge (mind you terrible) but it didn’t need to be handled that way he left it in the car. We then saw him yelling at what I can assume is a civilian unsure of the issue, but he was pointing at him aggressively and cussed at him several times. They use temporary services continuously, which makes our work environment difficult. It is a continuous revolving door of new people which causes issues since the detail and skill aren’t there. Upper management never keep them around. They also give special treatment to folks from Austria though they do not have the skills or experience.
