I have been working with the organisation for the past 5 years, and it has been a rewarding journey overall. When I joined in 2020, the company was a small setup with around 10–15 employees. Today, it has grown to a team strength of 200+ employees, which reflects its steady growth and success. One of the best aspects of working here is that the work is not restricted to a single skill or technology. Managers and senior team members actively encourage employees to explore new tools and technologies. I joined the organization with a background as a UI Developer and successfully transitioned my career into a Data Engineer role here. During this journey, I gained strong exposure to technologies like AWS cloud platform, Hive, CI/CD pipelines, ETL processing, PySpark, Python, and DevOps, which significantly contributed to my professional growth. As the company has evolved, several new policies have been introduced to improve the employee experience, showing a clear intent to adapt and support its workforce. A special mention to the support I received during my maternity journey. The organization was extremely understanding and supportive throughout my leave period. I was also able to extend my leave using my pending paid leaves without any hassle. After returning, I requested to be aligned with lighter projects to balance personal and professional responsibilities, and the company was very flexible and accommodating during that phase. The work culture is open and approachable. It is easy to connect with managers and leadership to discuss any concerns or ideas, which creates a transparent and comfortable working environment. I joined the company on November 21, 2024, as a Full Stack Intern, and now I’m working as a Full-Time Associate Software Engineer. It’s been an amazing journey so far — I’ve learned a lot, grown both technically and personally, and truly enjoyed the experience. During my internship, I got to work with a variety of technologies like Angular, .NET Framework, SQL, Spring Boot, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, Python FastAPI, and AWS. I even got the chance to apply these skills to a real project — ShopAll, an e-commerce website — which really helped me understand how everything connects in a full-stack environment. The work culture here is really positive. My colleagues are super supportive and feel more like friends than coworkers. There’s always someone ready to help, and that makes a huge difference. Our lunch group is honestly one of my favorite parts of the day — we have a great time together and it keeps the atmosphere light and fun. The company also has a good referral policy. I referred one of my friends who now works here full-time too, and I received the referral reward — which was a nice bonus! Overall, it’s been a really rewarding experience, and I’m genuinely happy to be part of this team. I’ve learned so much in a short time, and I’m excited to keep growing here.
