Poor communication on important things like performance No senior member of staff to provide proper training/professional development No 1-to 1's to discuss areas to improve and grow, therefore impossible to know which areas to work on

Mostly friendly. Senior management team are brilliant but below that, it'd chaotic and pressure is crazy and high staff churn. Loved the company and it's intentions but couldn't see them reaching those goals
