I had a fantastic experience working with Go-Staff. I worked there for a little over a year and wish I were still there! I started as an entry-level Recruiter and was encouraged to work my way up. Management was more than supportive of my goals, and was always flexible in helping me to achieve them. I had the opportunity to take on more responsibility as an Account Manager as well, and our clients were a pleasure to work with and always more than satisfied :) Even after I notified management that I would have to relocate due to family concerns, Go-Staff worked with me to come up with a plan so I could work remotely part-time -- what a blessing!! I could not have gotten through this difficult time without their support. GSI truly treats their employees like family. The owners Stacey and Scott are professional but entirely approachable, and very active in day-to-day operations. I saw them everyday and knew I could come to either of them with questions, ideas, or concerns anytime. Jeanmarie, the Operational Process Supervisor, is truly brilliant in all aspects of the business--she was a real mentor to me and really reflected what genuine customer care looks like. If you want to work for a growing, family-oriented, and FUN company then look no further :) I cherish my time spent at Go-Staff.
