Flexible approach to working with a new introduction of hybrid working 5. Full investment and mentorship from management to improve skills and work towards a clear progression path I can honestly say that I love my job, love the people I work with and have extremely supportive and understanding employers who give full autonomy and trust to their staff and allow them to do their jobs without micromanaging. Go Testify is an energetic, fun and exciting company to work for, company culture and staff well being is their top priority.

      Work alongside games studios across the world on in development games CEOs are understanding for the most part

      - Micro managed - Working outside of 9-5 is the norm - Illusion of task ownership, but really it's down to managers and owners to have final say and input - No clear career path. Promises of promotion but would rather try to hire cheap than progress current employees - The fact you can see the operations managers review here say that the company is perfect is absolutely laughable - Everyone is very stressed all of the time - The technology is inconsistent, so employees end up having to make excuses and lying for reasons outside of their control - Blame culture - Some real bad egg employees - Upper management had a drive a while ago to get all employees to write Glassdoor reviews but most employees refused (can you guess why?)

      Thank you for this feedback. Based on this feedback, we immediately took action with workshops and company-wide one-to-ones to review our processes, culture and employee needs. This enables us to continually listen and be proactive to our team's needs making positive changes for all.
