You will spend most of your time driving endless hours alone. You will have to work as a "one-man-band" and run lights, camera, sound, media management by yourself. This job also comes with a restrictive covenant that will prevent you from working for any of Go To Team's clients and since the client list is so expansive, you may have to find a different occupation for a year. Poor leadership. The office is very much like a high school clique. They will be your "friends" until you decide to leave. They will have no problem overworking you and not giving enough rest between shoots.
