"Learners" are forced to undertake various qualifications that are of no merit or use when looking for work, but if they're sent here and don't turn up they lose benefits, even through the place has nothing to offer them and everyone knows they're wasting their time. Go Train exists solely to syphon cash away from funding agencies with noble intentions into the bank accounts of the CEO's. Overheads are kept to minimum to generate as much income for the CEO's as possible including wages for lower level staff,cand equipment. Staff are pressured to leave positive reviews on pages like this in a blatant act of dishonesty. Company as a whole is horrifically cliquey and if your face doesn't fit, or you don't let certain team members tell you what you can and can't do with your own time, life etc you aee frozen out, harassed and given all the difficult jobs. Horrible, badly run, nasty place to work.

In house politics are awful, fighting within senior management. Salary was just above min wage
