- They have hired extremely badly. Bought on a senior generalist manager who was a dictator with no idea how to sell a SaaS product. They then hired there friends who knew even less! Tried to change the commission policy but failed to deliver because everyone was so unhappy. - The product is extremely hard to sell because they don't know who there market is. - I was put on performance even though I was one of the best billers, all because I challenged these new managers. - I was getting about 15 leads a month when I first started, that dropped to about 3 a month if we were lucky. Apparently it was still my fault for not performing! - Very bad culture with some poor managers still in place. A lot of people just trying to make themselves look good for promotion. Apparently there is a new executive manager looking after HR who likes to fire people.
