      Glassdoor is making enter a certain number of characters here, however in short, there are no pros to working at Go1

      Terrible management, no vision or strategy, multiple rounds of layoffs, no pathways for promotion and all benefits stripped many months ago and never returned. Working here is like being in a never-ending state of chaos, which is deeply impacting the customer experience. Managers are asked hard questions, and they simply deflect, because they need to save face. I would never recommend working here to anyone.

We pride ourselves on the many progression stories we have to share at Go1 and the many learning pathways and resources available to all of our employees. We're sorry to hear you didn't feel there was progression available to you. We agree that we've been through a lot of change.       Go1 has a lot of amazing people who are working hard to shift the business towards a new vision which will be significantly more competitive and is inspiring to be a part of. Past years of Go1 have felt like the product strategy slowed or stalled, but the energy has begun to rebound as we’ve re-envisioned the product direction. It’s exciting to be part of. The people are genuinely kind, the in-person get togethers (GoGether) are fun and well planned, the culture has improved a lot in the last year!

      Go1 is evolving quickly (feels like a lot of change) because the market is evolving quickly. It can feel overwhelming at times, but better to be moving fast and changing directions vs staying static!
