We apologise if our leadership's actions have given the impression of a "clownshow." We strive to ensure transparency, effective communication, and genuine engagement with our employees. We take employee engagement very seriously and openly invited every GeeCee to share further feedback in focus groups. As part of the pre-read we wanted to demonstrate areas where there was conflicting feedback, where leadership communication was one where we had both positive and constructive feedback.
We appreciate your advice to management. Our company values are not just words on a wall and everyone is held accountable to them. We are actively working towards aligning our behaviours with these values and fostering an environment where everyone's voice is heard and all feedback is genuinely considered.
