The majority of support roles have moved to Latvia - the UK team has been entirely disbanded There is no more learning allowance previously it was very generous, and great way to upskill - great incentive to stay at the company No career progression For a fintech company internal training is lacking No remote working; hybrid working - does not work if you live outside of London Staff benefits are very little 40 hour week Annual leave allowance is minimal

Everyone is really kind and helpful. People stay for the company culture.

Absolutely no upward mobility. No promotions or raises. The company is in a tough spot financially. It's very sellable but customer retention and growth is a major problem and no one has the answers to solve for it.
