Lazy incompetent management - Recensione dipendente - I.T. presso GoCo Group

I've never seen so many lazy incompetent game players as at Gocompare. I worked in IT which was the largest department at Gocompare, and was shocked to see how incompetent management was. It felt like a six month start up much of the time, even though they had been trading for the best part of eight years. The atmosphere was good, but felt like a rudderless ship with management that had no idea what was going on at ground level. Some people seem to get away with doing no work whatsoever, and yet these people could get away with it day in and day out as there was no one managing these supposed managers, and the right political alliances had been made. Salary wise Gocompare are quite low, and unless your in with the 'old' crowd don't expect any benefits whatsoever. There's quite a clique with people that have work there since the early days, and very rarely mix with the rest of the staff. Overall I would not recommend working for Gocompare.
