Inconsistent Appraisals: Promotions are unfair and depend entirely on your team, not on standardized performance metrics. Expectation vs. Reality: There is a major disconnect between what new hires are promised and the actual experience. The HR team is incredibly accommodating and attentive before you join, but becomes completely unresponsive and unsupportive once you are on board. Lack of Action: Leadership ignores well-known internal issues, prioritizing the company's public image over genuine employee support and transparency.

There’s a good balance of guidance and independence, which helps build confidence. Apart from work, the company also puts effort into team bonding and culture through celebrations like Ganesh Chaturthi, Secret Santa, and other events, making the workplace enjoyable and lively. Overall, it's a great place to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation early in your career.
