Some of the team leads and management are not to be trusted. They will try to be your friend just to go behind your back and use whatever you tell them against you. For a job that barely pays good, they expect way too much from you and try anything to get you in trouble even for minor mistakes. Work from home is treated like some unobtainable luxury. I cannot stress how frustrating this job is when management is so inconsistent and is always bogging down the helpdesk department. Do you ever wonder why the turnover rate is so extremely high in that department and people transfer out? Ask anyone there. They will know. Avoid helpdesk however you can.
