If you're working as an allocated talent, GoFasti is a wonderful place to get you your dream job. The hiring team is very friendly, considerate, and professional. They accompany the talent not only throughout the hiring process but also do frequent check-ins after allocation. If you're working in the internal team, GoFasti is a great place for you to develop your career and increase your experience. I've been around for a year and I'm very grateful for it. They've been helpful in so many different ways: hardware, flexible hours, openness to feedback, and so much more. It's a cheerful place to work, which is a tough thing to accomplish when the entire team is remote and international.

This will depend on your working style: GoFasti is a remote company and, in any remote environment, it’s hard to separate work life from personal life. This con is not really a con, but an encouragement to learn how to do this in a healthy way for you, communicate with the team beforehand, and come to a mid-ground.
