An army full of generals with no soldiers. No leadership, no decision taken, only meetings upon meetings upon meetings just to “inform”, “communicate”, “keep updated”. Nobody ever decide anything, not even a small thing, even those who are supposedly (well) paid to decide and show the direction. It looks like a collective organism without a single working brain. Lot of wannabe’s managers ousted from major companies (like Danone, Cadbury, Mondelez) and, working with them daily, one can figure out why they left (or were let go, more likely). There are always 4-5 solutions endlessly investigated to solve a single problem, the aim being to be busy being busy. Quality of finished product is what it is, average and cheap. An amazing 30%+ of yearly turnover among associates tells a whole story. Technical competency is low, even lower than their managerial skills. Top management bluffing and joking during eternal meetings just hoping their lies will stay uncovered a little more, never knows that the problem they were unable to solve will take care of itself and magically disappear. Valuable people remain just a few months, then they leave (or are forced to leave) just because they discovered some uncomfortable truths or some unethical corporate behaviors. A toxic company as you could hardly imagine. Stay away, be wise.
