For almost two years I've worked in GoGrow, reaching the position of Sr. Software Engineer. and in that process, I had the opportunity to know and meet awesome people and develop my skills with top-of-the-notch technologies.
Each project that I've been on has its own challenging scenarios. You can either be working on some in-house projects or staff augmentation. They are very different and each of them with its own complexity and size.
There's the space and time to further develop your skills. If you like to keep an eye on new technologies you can take some time to learn them, and even present your case to the entire team.
The management team is really too easy to chat with, and they pay close attention to the employee's feedback. They put a lot of effort on keep improving the team culture.
The team is awesome to work and share the workspace with. Ever since I joined, I had the pleasure of meeting new teammates that brought awesome energy, motivation, and new knowledge to the team
