New CEO is showing the company some MUCH NEEDED tough love. Gone are the days of frivolous pet projects, over hiring, and coddling/tolerating entitled employees. There's much more discipline today with a emphasis on becoming a healthy company focused on the opportunity in front of us (not tilting at windmills and moonshots). Our new leaders talk openly about the challenges in front of us, and don't sugar coat bad news. Working in K12 is a challenging and reward market to serve - we have great products and our customers love using them. Most of the employees here are exceptional and dedicated, and after weathering a few tough years, it feels like we're starting to work together as a team. I'm optimistic about the future and feel like we have the building blocks for helping schools for many years to come.

Our leadership team still needs stronger industry leadership with deeper education experience. Sometimes we still find the need to reinvent the wheel simply because we don't have the required experience to get to the right answers quickly.
