1. Paid training for an insurance license as well as the awesome study material to pass. That exam was the hardest I've ever taken in my life besides the SAT's. Thank you! 2. Ability to use licence to work for a more honest reputable company if health insurance doesn't kill your soul and make your heart black first from the traumatizing experience of working for Go Health. 3. Co- workers are intelligent honest people ; to bad that they are naively enslaved by a soulless company from Chicago.

1. Pay is way lower than was expected 2. Insurance policies that do not truly protect or help the consumer. 3. Corporate liars and thieves! HIGH turnover rate. 4. Management are individuals with poor communication skills with little to no experience in leadership, in life , on the phone or sales. 5. Non-user friendly platforms. 6. No transparency . Was not told I would be selling the Obamacare nightmare till I got on the team ( BEWARE of U65 APPLICANTS and run away if they try and put you there!) It is a very dark lonely place with horrible leads for at least 3 months. I am shocked by my supervisors complete incompetence of the product and platforms? Basically lazy, indifferent zombies who get paid to do absolutely nothing. Go somewhere where they actually take time to help people succeed !

When I joined, we were a young, resilient, determined group of very smart individuals. The scale we were operating on made it very easy to feel as if there was some tangible impact. As people were let go or moved to other companies, it opened up a lot of opportunities for people in the early-mid portion of careers.

The business model was so clearly designed around things entirely out of our control, so when Carriers decide they don’t us to be allowed to sell their products for them we aren’t really able to do much to offset that loss. Every attempted pivot to diversify income streams demonstrated that this system wasn’t going to work for us without an administration that encouraged health insurance carriers to invest in expansion. Constantly changing priorities, no gaps in between mission critical objectives, we were almost always on fire and being asked just to hold on and bear with management.
