Salesman lose sales because of the company and their inventory issues. Website says most items are in stock when they aren’t physically in the warehouse . Customers end up waiting 2 weeks to up to 6 weeks for something they think they are getting in 3-5 days when they make their purchase. All or nothing Commission structure, salesman become more motivated as they see their commission increasing daily, here it’s not like that. Here if you don’t hit your goal you get nothing but your base. There are still some tweaks that need to be made with this company and once they finally get everything going I think there will be a very successful company, as they already are.
