The culture is great and the mission is even better-- we're the only kids brand that gets millions of kids moving at school and at home. Not only do I feel energized by the company but also by the element of building something new on my team. It's really a great place to be and a great time to be here-- the company's plans for the future are equally inspiring and exciting as the work GoNoodle has already done. Most kids today aren't getting nearly enough physical activity/movement and we're providing a resource that helps with this-- and the benefits are countless (increased focus in school, decreased behavioral incidents, etc.). Showing up to Cummins Station surrounded by some of the coolest and smartest people in Nashville is a game changer. Plus the perks are great: work from home once a week, company outings, competitive pay+benefits, relaxed office environment, "winter break" between Christmas and New Years.
