      For the time i have been here, although the work load is high (all startups alike) i would like to say that people who have been dishing out insults don't really understand the management's intention. And not only that, they must be incompetent or people who slack of during work because it is a very challenging yet meaningful job to work here.You really get alot of learning opportunities here, once again it is because it is a startup.

The vision of GoPurpose is to educate people on sustainability, promote and reinforce the SDG goals. There may have been past reported incidents regarding ex-employees and investigation works had been done.       I am giving overall rating of 1 as rhats the minumum that the system allows. Bad attitude and micro managing management, lack of appreciation, scolded employees in an extremely rude manner

      Incapable leadership. Refuse to listen to subordinates. Till date even the web page is still not up. Goes to show the incapable lady boss runs the business.

While our company GoPurpose is and has always been a holding company for its investees, hence we are not in a hurry to launch the website until some time in 2024-2025. Please check back regularly for more updates. If this is your concern, we wish you would have brought up the matter to our management while you were still hired with us, and we would have advised you on company objectives and direction. Sometimes it is all about effective communication. In addition, we do not believe you would have had any contact with the CEO, as traineeships are supervised by the respective dept managers.
