Wonderful company culture that made you feel like you were more than just a number on a spreadsheet. Everyone genuinely cared about each other and we also wanted to do well by our clients.

Smaller company that had growth pains, but management/leadership were supportive and reasonable with expectations

Flexible hours and time off. Leadership has provided more autonomy over time. Fully remote. Good benefits. Frequent updates to the product. Some amazing features have been coming out in the product (like AI).

Top-level leadership seems to struggle setting impactful strategic and business direction. Ideas that could push the company forward seem to be consistently met with opposition and lack of support so the company has largely continued to do the same thing for many years which doesn't seem to be working well. The fear of failure and uncertainty are what is holding the company back. There are a couple people that really seem to have a vision and the company needs to empower them to move the company forward.
