This is not what we stand for, and we are committed to ensuring that every employee feels valued and supported. Please allow us to address your feedback a bit more into detail:
We foster a flexible working environment on a global level and are surprised that you could not feel this mindset in the market you are working for. As a current team member, we advise you to approach our HR department, who will confidentially look into your individual case and make sure that your feedback is raised with your market leaders.
Our Founders and C-Level team encourage every employee to feel empowered to share direct feedback. We foster an open door policy and provide new and existing employees the opportunity to share ideas and thoughts during our founders lunches and our C-level meet-ups, and every member of our team can reach these individuals via Slack, in person at our office in Vienna, or in our various office locations that the senior team regularly travel to. As we grow, we are committed to ensuring that our culture of open, honest communication remains intact, and our executive team sees this as key to the company's culture.
We are also keen to share that during the Covid-19 pandemic we have continually offered employees the opportunity to work from home if they feel uncomfortable coming to the office.
As a current team member, you are familiar with our GoStudent Fundamentals and how strongly we live them. We have these in place to empower and encourage our team.
