      Getting too corporate with many people building their carreers while focus is a little bit being lost from the product and strategic goals. (But the sitiation is still a lot better than at large multi-national corporations.)

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
