- Lots of dedicated employees - Lots of initiatives to make LMI a better workplace - Travel - Trainings - Good work and life balance

Svantaggi

- Incompetent management - Weird product manager decisions and product strategies, and when they fail, they get promoted - While one of often heard value is transparency, nothing is transparent below a certain managerial level - Lots of "politics" at work, very often not an honest, clear and humane communication and decision-making

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
