As you’ve seen, a merger of our size is complicated with much change, new processes, new leaders, new systems, etc. This Summer, more product and company strategy elements will be rolled out and we will continue to strive for transparency at our monthly all-hands meetings, internal communication posts, and with information from your manager 1-2-1s. Your manager and HR Business Partner are good resources for both information and help. Know that we want to hear your voice so we may effectively transition through this integration.
