      Our CEO (style, communication, strategy), fantastic global offices, above market salary (at least for my position), fun and friendly colleagues, clear path to growth personally (again, at least for my position) and stock price is in a great spot. I see where we are headed, and it's exciting to be a part of.

      Merger and integration, have been tough, but we are getting to a place of normalcy. There was so much change for so long, and there was fatigue across the org. We could also use more connection between global offices, feeling a little fractured.

      We appreciate you leaving your thorough feedback. It has been a long road since the announcement of the merger in 2016, and we still have much work ahead of us, but we have committed to making LogMeIn the best place to work for our employees. We have heard our offices want to feel more connected. We have been trying to balance a lot of key post-merger initiatives, and the pulse of our employees is never lost on us. We have previewed some of our cultural work over the summer, but there will be future updates that our employees can unite around that defines our values and behaviors.       Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
