8yWe are regretful for your frustration with LogMeIn. We are approaching the 1-year anniversary of our merger and the past year was not easy. There is no playbook for combining two companies of our size, so we understand the some of the challenges our employees have expressed. Our organization makes changes to stay competitive with the market, and to allow our employees to do their best work. We know we did not equip our middle managers with the tools to lead their teams effectively in 2017, but that is an area we hope to change in 2018, bringing in of our first VP, Learning & Development. We recognize that it is hard to not compare our current LogMeIn to the previous companies in which our employees originated. For any concerns around business strategy, your Executive and team leads are your best resource to answer specific questions.
