Culture - the people are the best part about this place. Fun and welcoming. The business invests in a lot of social events to help maintain the postive vibes in the office Incentives - Fantastic points program that promotes a healthy competitive work environment (which is important in sales). Compensation and benefits - best commission plan I've ever seen or heard of - top health cover included, trip to Boston for onboarding, annual kick off conference overseas (Vegas and Arizona in the past).

Certain internal resources located in USA. Can be difficult sometimes with time differences.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
