      In my five years with the company, I've been able to grow my career. I've had opportunities to pursue several different kinds of roles as my skills and goals have changed. I also have work/life flexibility that I need for my family.

      It has become a large company mainly through acquisitions and a major merger. That has presented some difficult challenges assimilating the cultures (but it's getting better).

      It’s great to hear about your career development at LogMeIn, it’s something we pride ourselves on. Each merger and acquisition are unique experiences into blending cultures and it’s positive to hear that you feel LogMeIn improving each time.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
