If you want to work for a company that… …makes online meeting software but limits their own employees working from home. …boasts managers who are consistently not knowledgeable enough with the company’s own software to avoid sharing privileged information and/or compromising data during online meetings. …is completely uninterested in addressing dysfunctional inter-team dynamics that throttle improvement and innovation. …entrenches middle managers who audibly scoff at employee concerns and literally roll their eyes at their requests. …only focuses on the “new” - new customers, new products, new employees: don’t develop it internally - acquire instead! Don’t promote from within - hire externally instead! And, despite paying annual lipservice to the concept, don’t put real effort behind retaining existing customers - get new ones instead! ….maintains significant pay discrepancies between male and female employees doing the same job in the same location. …raises your health insurance premiums one year, then further cuts the percentage they’ll cover of those premiums the next. …doesn’t backfill your ex-colleagues and has you take on their workload - with no raise or bonus. …rewards managers who become defensive and retaliate when presented with opposing suggestions by their direct reports. Then LogMeIn may be a good fit for you! Just be ready for that high-even-for-the-tech-sector employee turnover rate north of 25% year-on-year: besides massive knowledge loss thanks to undefined responsibilities undocumented processes, you’ll also have to reset your cross-team projects regularly.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
