- Many nice amenities when back in the office - Good transition into COVID19 - Quarterly team lunches

- Didn't really have a program to follow, end up doing a lot of self-learning, and constantly asking other reps for work. - Tried befriending colleagues but they didn't really care for you unless for office-political reasons or favors. - Toxic management, I've witnessed one of them mis-sending a message in our online meeting that was supposed to go to another management member that degrades a sales rep - Career progression based on how good of a friend you are to the manager instead of quality of work

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
