LogMeIn offers employees a wonderful work/life balance including mental health days off once/month since we have been working from home with COVID. They will send care packages every once in a while, give you free lunches etc. The direction of the company is clear as the CEO hosts virtual cafe's once/week on Monday then sends an update email every Friday.

Svantaggi

Roadmap communication is lacking, important people seem to be quitting right and left, salaries are somewhat biased. You always know who is the favorite within the sales org because they seem to get exactly what they want always even if it involves a restructure/reorg to benefit them.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
