Only started a month ago but seems that the advertised company values are really in place . Very emphatetic, generous, supportive employer with tons of benefits and nice people. Most of the products are great too.

Nothing serious so far. There could be a bit clearer guidelines for the job.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
