      - Salary is average - Downtown location, nice office (before COVID-19) - Helpful colleagues

      - Fully remote work was forced to everyone after COVID-19 (this can be a pro if you like full remote work) - Very bad software quality of the purchased products. Your daily job is to tinker them. - No real challenges. - Trainings are not supported. - No real career opportunities. - Bureaucracy. - Management is very unexperienced and often unqualified. - If you would like just a company where you can sit from 9 o'clock to 17 o'clock, logmein Budapest should be your choice.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
