- Competing against Zoom in the virtual meeting space has not gone well. The customer retention issue impacts funding at all levels of the organization. Constantly being asked to do more with less - Constant corporate politics jocky-ing resulting in frequent reorganization which translates to changing strategies in a time where a strong plan is needed - Promotions and raises rates are abysmal compared to industry. Constantly being told to just be grateful to have a job during the pandemic - Organization that claims to be data driven refuses to make data driven decisions or empower the Analytics and Data Science teams that support them

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
