Figured out that company is very pro-employee and has lots of perks - 1. Leaders share all the decisions transparently over company wide meetings 2. Benefits in-line with the best companies 3. Self-care day once a month

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
