      - Coworkers are great, I always felt extremely welcomed by them - Direct manager was awesome, he truly cares about how is people doing and advocates for the best for them. Even when the best for them is to continue somewhere else. - Good perks, a bunch of collective events - Great work life balance

      - No clear strategy and vision - Product growth is outdated - Tech debt is huge, there are a bunch of folks who really care about it, but it’s a hard sell for LT - A lot of reshuffle on director+ level - Hard to ship fast

      We agree that at GoTo we practice a growth mindset and thrive in an environment of accountability for ourselves and our teams, which allows us to unlock our full potential. However, we disagree with your comment about the clarity of GoTo’s strategy. Our leadership team consistently communicates GoTo’s vision with transparency, whether that be through GoTuesday, Slack, email, or The Hive (our employee site) – to name a few.       Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
