3 CEOs in 1 year, high-level strategy and direction changes quarterly - if not monthly, very political, HR is irrelevant and allows toxic management practices, almost entire company turned over in last few years, equity firm only focusing on most profitable products that shouldn't even be in market to make company look better for upcoming sale, everyone burnt out.

First, we appreciate your candor and want to acknowledge any frustrations. While we can’t speak to the specifics of your experience, we believe some sentences in your post require context. Mike Kohlsdorf, President of Francisco Partners – one of the largest technology focused private equity firms in the world – succeeded Bill Wagner as CEO in January of 2022. Then, in August 2022, Paddy Srinivasan was promoted from Chief Product and Technology Officer to CEO. Mike Kohlsdorf remains on the Board. We regularly update our blog with any relevant news and information. Statements around strategy and direction can be clarified in those publications, including public-facing objectives with products and services. Many tech companies emerging out of the pandemic experienced higher than normal turnover (dubbed the Great Resignation.) Still, plenty of GoGetters hold impressive tenures, over 330 new GoGetters between January and August 2022 were referrals, and over 40 GoGetters in 2022 were Boomerangs – employees who left and then came back to GoTo! A testament to our culture. Since we cannot speak to the specifics of your experience, we hope you were able to share some of your concerns in our recent engagement survey. Remote and unfortunately that is it

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
