Then, in August 2022, Paddy Srinivasan was promoted from Chief Product and Technology Officer to CEO. Mike Kohlsdorf remains on the Board. Many tech companies emerging out of the pandemic experienced higher than normal turnover (dubbed the Great Resignation.)
