Glassdoor requires verification from a permanent, active email address for each user submitting content. There is no influence on Glassdoor reviews aside from encouraging employees to leave honest feedback, regardless of sentiment. In regards to new hires, we recently invested resources towards a new sales process that enables and upskills our reps in their selling activities and a comprehensive onboarding/continuing education program to ensure reps and their managers were supported and ramped efficiently on the needed skills to help them do their jobs more effectively.
