Good benefits, remote work, easy job

Lack of leadership, lack of communication, no employee recognition, no rubric for performance based raises, arbitrary decision making, and the absolute worst is that they don't keep their promises. Don't trust them as far as you can throw them.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
