the managers were really intense, they wanted to control every aspect of your day. also saying anything negative about the job or company wasn't allowed

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
